TCI Industries announced that the Board has approved the appointment of Amit Anant Chavan, as Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer of the Company as a Whole Time Key Managerial Person (KMP) w.e.f. 15 June 2015.He will also be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
