Tata Consultancy Services will commence the buyback on 09 March 2022 and close the offer period on 23 March 2022. The last date for receipt of completed tender forms and other specified documents including physical share certificates is 23 March 2022. The last date for settlement of bids on the stock exchanges is 01 April 2022.
