Tejas Networks allots 1.17 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Tejas Networks has allotted 1,17,922 equity shared under ESOP.

Consequent to the allotment made on 22 March 2021, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 93,16,67,240/- divided into 9,31,66,724 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each from Rs 93,04,88,020/- divided into 9,30,48,802 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
