The Ramco Cements net profit declines 61.04% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 0.31% to Rs 924.35 crore

Net profit of The Ramco Cements declined 61.04% to Rs 24.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 64.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 0.31% to Rs 924.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 927.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 65.89% to Rs 137.70 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 403.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 4.13% to Rs 3632.12 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 3788.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
