With effect from 15 May 2015
Transcorp International announced that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 18 May 2015, has appointed Amitava Ghosh as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 15 May 2015 in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2(18) and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and on the terms and conditions as decided by Board.Earlier, Amitava Ghosh was a Whole Time Director (designated as Executive Director) of the Company who has resigned from the position of WTD w.e.f. 16 May 2015 and from the post of directorship w.e.f. 18 May 2015.
