Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 02 May 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended on 31 March 2014.The Board will consider recommendation of dividend, if any for the financial year 2013-2014.
