Trent jumped 10.8% to Rs 321.55 at 12:45 IST. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.60 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 26,000 shares in the past two weeks.
Firstsource Solutions surged 5.56% to Rs 43.65. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 42.12 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 11.46 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company gained 5% at Rs 193.30. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 61,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 15.13 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Tata Motors advanced 5.09% at Rs 426. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 4.73 crore shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 6.36 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Fortis Healthcare rose 4.37% to Rs 157.50. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 6.09 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4.41 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
