Trident standalone net profit rises 63.56% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 32.04% to Rs 1234.49 crore

Net profit of Trident rose 63.56% to Rs 99.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 60.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 32.04% to Rs 1234.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 934.94 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 39.06% to Rs 336.98 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 242.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 27.75% to Rs 4565.88 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3574.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
