Transformers and Rectifiers (India) rose 3.42% to Rs 269.10 at 13:30 IST after the company said that it has received the order amounting to Rs 124 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation.
The announcement was made during market hours today, 7 July 2015.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 66.94 points or 0.24% at 28,275.70.
On BSE, so far 18,001 shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 6,613 shares in the past one quarter.
The small-cap manufacturer of transformers hit a high of Rs 275 and a low of Rs 260.50 so far during the day. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 307.20 on 20 May 2015. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 142.25 on 22 October 2014.
With this order, company's order book as on date stands around Rs 900 crore, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) said.
