Turnover on NSE's F&O segment declines

Yes Bank September 2018 futures at premium

The Nifty September 2018 futures traded at 11178.05, a premium of 34.95 points compared with the Nifty's spot closing of 11143.10 in the cash market.

Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 13.33 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 20.50 lakh crore registered in the previous session.

In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index fell 91.25 points or 0.81% to settle at 11,143.10.

Yes Bank, Dewan Housing Finance Corporation and Reliance Industries were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. Yes Bank September 2018 futures traded at 225.65, at a premium from spot closing price of 225.15. Dewan Housing Finance Corporation September 2018 futures traded at 336.70, at a discount from spot closing price of 337. Reliance Industries September 2018 futures traded at 1220.80, at a premium from spot closing price of 1216.20.

The September 2018 F&O contracts will expire on 27 September 2018.
