TV18 Broadcast net profit declines 16.23% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 0.34% to Rs 147.55 crore

Net profit of TV18 Broadcast declined 16.23% to Rs 17.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 20.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 0.34% to Rs 147.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 147.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 479.35% to Rs 59.21 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 10.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 4.26% to Rs 510.35 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 533.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
