Ugar Sugar Works consolidated net profit declines 74.09% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 48.32% to Rs 319.48 crore

Net profit of Ugar Sugar Works declined 74.09% to Rs 10.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 39.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 48.32% to Rs 319.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 215.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 23.82% to Rs 17.05 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 13.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 10.22% to Rs 909.96 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 825.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
