Chemical & Ferro Alloys now holds 21.56% stake in Uni Abex Alloy Products
Uni Abex Alloy Products announced that the Company is in receipt of letter dated 29 July 2016 from one of its promoter Chemical & Ferro Alloys (CFAPL) (Holding 1,55,800 Equity shares i.e. 7.89%), informing the Company that CFAPL's subsidiary Universal Ferro & Allied Chemicals (UFACL) which is also a promoter of Uni Abex Alloy Products (UAL), holding 2,70,000 Equity shares i.e. 13.67% has merged with its holding Company i.e. CFAPL.Because of aforesaid merger the total shareholding of CFAPL in UAL would increase from 1,55,800 to 4,25,800 i.e. (7.89% to 21.56%) and UFACL shareholding in UAL would become Nil. The Company wishes to place on record that there is no change in the promoter holding.
