United Breweries standalone net profit rises 1250.37% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 32.05% to Rs 1469.28 crore

Net profit of United Breweries rose 1250.37% to Rs 90.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 6.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 32.05% to Rs 1469.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1112.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 71.80% to Rs 393.99 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 229.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 18.65% to Rs 5617.03 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 4734.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
