United Nilgiri Tea Estates Company standalone net profit declines 3.35% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 8.83% to Rs 12.08 crore

Net profit of United Nilgiri Tea Estates Company declined 3.35% to Rs 1.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1.79 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 8.83% to Rs 12.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 11.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.59% to Rs 10.23 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 8.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 23.66% to Rs 56.50 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 45.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
