The company's total power tillers sales rose 3.95% to 5,609 units in Q2 September 2019 over Q2 September 2018. The announcement was made after trading hours on Friday, 4 October 2019.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 93 points or 0.25% to 37,766.49.

V.S.T. Tiller Tractors' net profit fell 19.7% to Rs 11.55 crore on a 4% decline in net sales to Rs 139.68 crore in Q1 June 2019 compared with Q1 June 2018.
