Vakrangee announced that Kunnel Prem has resigned from the directorship of the Company with immediate effect. Kunnel Prem was a Nominee Director, representing the Life Insurance Corporation of India, on the board of the Company.Further the Company has informed that, the LIC has proposed the name of T Sitharthan to be appointed as a nominee director in the place of Kunnel Prem, who shall be proposed to be appointed in the forthcoming board meeting of the Company.
