Vama Industries net profit rises 38.46% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 46.77% to Rs 4.94 crore

Net profit of Vama Industries rose 38.46% to Rs 0.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 0.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 46.77% to Rs 4.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 9.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 30.43% to Rs 0.16 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 0.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 9.34% to Rs 23.18 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 21.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
