Vardhman Acrylics net profit rises 2.23% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 14.76% to Rs 116.22 crore

Net profit of Vardhman Acrylics rose 2.23% to Rs 5.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 5.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 14.76% to Rs 116.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 101.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 78.98% to Rs 43.67 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 24.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 7.33% to Rs 468.49 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 436.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
