Venky's (India) standalone net profit rises 106.59% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 4.19% to Rs 619.03 crore

Net profit of Venky's (India) rose 106.59% to Rs 41.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 20.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 4.19% to Rs 619.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 594.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 226.31% to Rs 124.75 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 38.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 16.39% to Rs 2475.58 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 2126.96 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
