Vipul jumped 9.77% to Rs 55.05 at 09:21 IST on BSE after the company received letter of award for the operations, maintenance, management and transfer of Wayside Amenities Facility along Agra-Lucknow Expressway.
The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 27 August 2018.Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 211.01 points, or 0.55% to 38,905.12
On BSE, so far 8,325 shares were traded in the counter compared with an average daily volume of 11,000 shares in the past two weeks. The stock hit a high of Rs 55.05 and a low of Rs 50.90 so far during the day. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 102.45 on 22 September 2017. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 43.50 on 1 August 2018.
The small-cap realty firm has equity capital is Rs 12 crore. Face value per share is Re 1.
Vipul received letter of award from Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh for the Operations, Maintenance, Management and Transfer of Wayside Amenities Facility along Agra-Lucknow Expressway.
Vipul reported 92% drop in net profit to Rs 0.12 crore on 49.59% slide in total income to Rs 53.22 crore in Q1 June 2018 over Q1 June 2017.
