Vishnu Sugar Mills net profit declines 64.86% in the March 2013 quarter

Sales decline 13.52% to Rs 13.62 crore

Net profit of Vishnu Sugar Mills declined 64.86% to Rs 3.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 9.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 13.52% to Rs 13.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 15.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 31.28% to Rs 1.45 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 2.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 79.87% to Rs 128.84 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 71.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
