Vishnu Sugar Mills net profit rises 341.01% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 62.96% to Rs 23.76 crore

Net profit of Vishnu Sugar Mills rose 341.01% to Rs 15.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 3.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 62.96% to Rs 23.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 14.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 22.96% to Rs 1.66 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 0.19% to Rs 129.54 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 129.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
