Vivid Global Inds allots equity shares

Vivid Global Industries announced that its board of directors in the meeting held on 28 November 2013 has allotted 1,50,000 equity shares to Sumish S Mody, the promoter of the company and the relevant return of allotment in Form No.2 will be filed with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
