Voltamp Transformers standalone net profit rises 57.72% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 19.98% to Rs 203.90 crore

Net profit of Voltamp Transformers rose 57.72% to Rs 19.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 12.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 19.98% to Rs 203.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 169.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 54.80% to Rs 43.98 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 28.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 8.98% to Rs 563.30 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 516.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
