Voltas consolidated net profit rises 17.56% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 2.33% to Rs 1484.09 crore

Net profit of Voltas rose 17.56% to Rs 118.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 100.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 2.33% to Rs 1484.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 1450.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 56.64% to Rs 384.33 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 245.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 1.90% to Rs 5144.29 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 5243.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
