Camson Bio Technologies clocked volume of 7.08 lakh shares by 13:48 IST on BSE, a 7.1-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1 lakh shares. The stock jumped 9.97% to Rs 69.50.
Nestle India notched up volume of 18,000 shares, a 6.04-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock lost 0.79% to Rs 4,941.50.
Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) saw volume of 6.09 lakh shares, a 5.76-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.06 lakh shares. The stock lost 2.26% to Rs 262 as the bank's ratio of net non-performing assets to net advances rose to 2.27% as on 31 March 2013, from 2.14% as on 31 December 2012 and 2.21% as on 31 March 2012. The bank announced Q4 results during trading hours today, 2 May 2013. OBC's ratio of gross non-performing assets (NPAs) to gross advances rose to 3.21% as on 31 March 2013, from 2.98% as on 31 December 2012 and 3.17% as on 31 March 2012.
OBC's net profit rose 16.24% to Rs 307.94 crore on 9.45% growth in total income to Rs 4996.01 crore in Q4 March 2013 over Q4 March 2012.
Kotak Mahindra Bank clocked volume of 1.47 lakh shares, a 4.26-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 35,000 shares. The stock rose 1.33% to Rs 715. The stock hit a record high of Rs 725 in the intraday trade today, 2 May 2013.
