The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 1,935 on 27 September 2017.
The small-cap company has an equity capital of Rs 8.64 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
VST Tillers Tractors announced that the company's total sales of power tillers and tractors declined 24.42% to 3,819 units in June 2018 over June 2017. Sales of power tillers dropped 28.08% to 2,948 units. Sales of tractors fell 8.7% to 871 units.
VST Tillers Tractors' net profit rose 58.59% to Rs 33.70 crore on 25.72% growth in total income to Rs 250.96 crore in Q4 March 2018 over Q4 March 2017.
