WABCO India standalone net profit rises 55.73% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 35.63% to Rs 747.86 crore

Net profit of WABCO India rose 55.73% to Rs 77.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 49.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 35.63% to Rs 747.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 551.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 27.80% to Rs 272.83 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 213.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 24.30% to Rs 2436.20 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1959.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
