Warner Multimedia announced that Dhruva Narayan Jha has been appointed as Executive, Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 17 December 2014.Further, Jagdish Prasad Purohit has been resigned from Directorship w.e.f. 31 December 2014.
The Board of Directors have approved both the businesses viz. Appointments and Resignations.
