Sales rise 240.43% to Rs 60.80 crore

Net profit of Welcast Steels reported to Rs 0.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 1.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 240.43% to Rs 60.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 17.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 1.77 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 0.31 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 68.63% to Rs 201.18 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 119.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
