Welspun Corp update on buyback of share

Welspun Corp has received final comments on the Draft Letter of Offer dated 02 July 2019 from the Securities and Exchange Board of India in relation to the Buyback on 09 October 2019.

In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, the Company will dispatch the letter of offer along with the tender form to eligible shareholders (being the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, 05 July 2019) on or before Wednesday, 16 October 2019. The buyback will open post the dispatch of the letter of offer, as per the timelines prescribed in the above regulations.
