Under scheme of amalagamation & arrangement
Welspun Enterprises announced that pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement under Sections 391 to 394 read with Section 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 between Welspun Enterprises, Welspun Infratech, Welspun Plastics, Welspun Infra Projects and Welspun Projects and their respective shareholders and creditors sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide its order dated 10 April 2015 and Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmadabad vide its order dated 23 April 2015, the Merger Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 June 2015 has issued and allotted 157,768,980 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, at par, credited as fully paid up to the shareholders of Welspun Enterprises.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
