Welspun Enterprises standalone net profit declines 80.40% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 47.16% to Rs 72.71 crore

Net profit of Welspun Enterprises declined 80.40% to Rs 2.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 14.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 47.16% to Rs 72.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 49.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 223.03% to Rs 32.82 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 10.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 1.46% to Rs 183.24 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 180.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
