WEP Solutions update on rights issue

WEP Solutions announced that the meeting of Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 5 March 2021 inter-alia, to consider, discuss and decide various matters in connection with the Rights Issue, in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2018 as amended and other applicable laws.
