Wipro standalone net profit declines 8.99% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 2.70% to Rs 10617.50 crore

Net profit of Wipro declined 8.99% to Rs 2141.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 2353.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 2.70% to Rs 10617.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 10338.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 10.91% to Rs 8193.10 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 7387.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 6.33% to Rs 41209.80 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 38757.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
