QIP closure date is 12 December 2014; Issue price is Rs 559.40 per equity share
WPIL announced that the QIP Committee Meeting of the Board at its meeting held on 12 December 2014, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions :1. declaring the closure of the QIP on 12 December 2014.
2. determining and approving the issue price of Rs. 559.40 per Equity Share, equal to the Floor Price, for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers in the QIP; and
3. approving and adopting the placement document dated 12 December 2014, in connection with the QIP (the "Placement Document").
