Ten-year-old Indian golfer Shubham Jaglan has won the International Junior Golf Academy (IJGA) World Stars of Junior Golf event in Las Vegas, his second consecutive IJGA title.

The youngster shot a three round score of 106 to win by a five-stroke margin in the boys 9-10 years category title at the Angel Park on Thursday. He had earlier won the Junior World Golf Championships at the Welk Resort Fountain Course in California last Sunday.

He expressed his delight at the feat and identified his success as a consequence of hard work.

"It's just a dream come true. It was all my year's hard work. I am celebrating in a great way. All my friends are congratulating me," Shubham was quoted as saying by NDTV on Friday.

"It was all because of my family's support, my coach, my school which helped me in the US, and my golf club Delhi Golf Club for giving me all facilities for playing. Especially my dad supported me through my life and it has been a great journey."

The amateur golfing sensation, son of a milkman from Panipat district in rural Haryana, promised to continue playing with dedication.

"I am just working hard and being honest, there are no short-cuts for me."
