At least 15 people were killed and several others injured in separate bomb explosions in and around the Iraqi capital city of Baghdad on Friday, a media report said.
Six people were killed and 14 others sustained injuries when a suicide bomber blew himself up in a restaurant in Mishada town, 30 km north of Baghdad, Press TV reported citing police.
Another bomb explosion took place in the eastern district of al-Karrada, killing five people and wounding 12 others.
Four people were killed and 42 others injured in the town of Albu Faraj, 120 km west of Baghdad, when a bombing targeted a public place.
There were no immediate claims of responsibility for the bombings, but authorities believe that the attacks were carried out by Islamic State terrorists.
