At least two persons were arrested for providing fake visas of Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia to gullible people, police said on Thursday.
The accused have been identified as Kamal Ahmed Khan, 45 and Sarfaraz Ahmed Khan, 22, both residents of Batla House in south Delhi, police said.
They were arrested on September 6, following the complaint from three persons hailing from Bihar alleging that at least 19 persons were duped of Rs 20 lakh by the accused to provide fake work visa of foreign countries.
According to police, Khan and his son ran their office in the name of Globe Placement and Hospitality Services, in Sarai Junela Village of south east Delhi.
"During investigation, it was revealed that the above complainants have approached Globe Placement and Hospitality Services through their friend to get job in a foreign country," Deputy Commissioner of Police (South East) Mandeep Singh Randhwa told reporters here.
"The owner of the company allured the complainant that he would arrange work visa of Dubai, Saudi and Malaysia with air tickets," the officer said, adding, "he asked them to deposit Rs one lakh per person in the accounts given by him."

"The complainant also brought about his 23 relatives and friends for the same task and approached the company. And later they deposited Rs 20 lakhs (including Rs 17 lakh in the given account numbers and Rs 3 lakh in cash) with the placement company," the officer added.
"But all these persons were sent abroad on tourist visa and after the expiry of their visa, they had to come back to India," Randhwa said.
"But when they contacted the alleged person, he refused to return their money and rather planned to abscond from there," the officer added.
