Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad on Thursday announced that it sold 30,000 units of Coolpad Note 3 Lite in 21 seconds on Amazon.in.
"We are overwhelmed by the response Coolpad Note 3 Lite has received during the first flash sale on Amazon.in with 30,000 units being sold in 21 seconds. This is a clear testimony for our commitment and efforts to bring affordable technology to all," Coolpad India CEO Syed Tajuddin said in a statement.
Priced at Rs.6,999, the Coolpad Note 3 Lite features a fingerprint sensor located at the back of the phone and supports 360 degrees finger rotation capability, fast response time and industry-leading 3D image quality.
"The reaction and response of the Indian customers to Coolpad Note 3 Lite has been very receptive; we received over 600K registrations for our first flash sale and announce our next flash sale on the February 4," Tajuddin added.
Coolpad Note 3 Lite is equipped with 5.0-inch high-definition display and is upgraded with 3GB of RAM along with 16GB of in-built storage which supports 4G LTE, 3G and GSM network frequencies.
It features a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and auto focus alongside a 5-megapixel front-facing camera powered by a 2,500mAh battery.
