The Aam Aadmi Party's students wing on Friday released its manifesto for the upcoming Delhi University Students Union elections.
The manifesto focuses on three issues -- degree, income and WiFi.
The elections are scheduled for September 11.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday promised a loan scheme for higher education, one lakh jobs within a year and free WiFi in colleges.
"We welcome the fact that the Delhi government has already started the tendering process and feasibility studies with telecom operators and companies to make Delhi India's first city that offers public WiFi," the Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti (CYSS) manifesto said.
CYSS president Anupam Kumar said initially WiFi services will be provided in the university-special buses, public spaces, high-footfall areas of north and south campus and colleges where quality of WiFi is poor.

CYSS members said various job fairs would be organised every month if they were voted to power.
