Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Yogendra Yadav said Thursday a show-cause notice would be issued to Delhi legislator Vinod Kumar Binny, who has raised the banner of revolt, as "there is no scope for indiscipline".
He also said that the charges against AAP were scripted by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
"There is no scope for indiscipline. We are left with no option but to take disciplinary action," Yadav told reporters.
"A show-cause notice will be issued to him, and the next course of action will be decided by the political affairs committee," he said.
Binny, the AAP legislator from Laxmi Nagar in east Delhi, Thursday attacked the Delhi government for not fulfilling the promises made in its election manifesto for the assembly polls last December that brought it to power.
He also threatened to go on a hunger strike at Jantar Mantar Jan 27.

"We are sad and surprised. What he said sounded similar to the points raised by Leader of Opposition (Delhi assembly) Harsh Vardhan. Whatever he read was scripted by the BJP," Yadav said.
"He is upset over not being given a ministerial berth," he added.
