As Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his ministerial colleagues continued to camping in the Raj Niwas, AAP workers continued to support them from on the capital's streets on Friday.
Hundreds of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers gathered at Kejriwal's residence on Friday to continue their protest and send off packets of ration to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in protest against home delivery of ration not being implemented in Delhi.
They were chanting slogans like "Prime Minister, Don't give speeches, Give ration!"
"The Prime Minister is a resident of Delhi and there should be no scarcity of food in his house. Today we are providing rice to him, in future, we will deliver whatever will be required. We are requesting him to don't stop the supply of ration to the people of Delhi," AAP MP Sanjay Singh told media.
Approval to Delhi government's proposal for doorstep delivery of ration to the poor is one of Kejriwal's demands.
