Actress Amanda Seyfried is in talks to star in holiday comedy "The Most Wonderful Time" alongside actors Alan Arkin and Diane Keaton.
According to The Wrap, the 27-year-old actress is said to be in negotiations for the lead role in the movie, reports contactmusic.com.
The story will follow a long term married couple, Charlotte (played by Keaton) and Sam (played by Arkin), who decide to host a final Christmas celebration before revealing that they're separating.
However, when their children return for the festival with their own relationship issues, the entire family begin to share memories and Charlotte and Sam start to question their decision to end their marriage.
Directed by Jessie Nelson, the script of "The Most Wonderful Time" is penned by Steven Rogers.
