Amandeep Drall carded one-over 73 on the third and final day to emerge victorious in the second leg of the Hero Womens Professional Golf Tour 2017 at the Kensville Golf & Country Club here on Friday.
Panchkula's Amandeep took her three-day total to one-under 215, finishing three shots above second-placed Smriti Mehra, who got a total score of two-over 218, followed by Gaurika Bishnoi in third place in the Rs 6,00,000 ($8816) event.
Amandeep Drall came up with another steady performance on the third and final day. She had an uneasy start, carding bogeys on the third and sixth holes while her lone birdie in the front nine came on the ninth hole.
Sensing victory, she played with caution in the latter half, and carded a birdie on the 14th, followed by a bogey on the 18th. She finished with a total score of 215 after 54 holes.
Kolkata's Smriti saw some ups and downs in her front nine, carding birdies on the fourth, fifth, eighth and ninth holes while dropping shots on the second, third and seventh.
At the turn, she was more calm and composed, as she carded a bogey and a birdie apiece on the 12th and 16th holes to finish with a score of 71 for the day and a total of 218 to finish second.
Gurgaon's Gaurika carded 73 for a total score of 221 at the end of the final round to finish third.

New Delhi's Mehar Atwal was placed fourth with a total score of 223 following a 73, while Kolkata's Neha Tripathi was fifth with a total score of 225. Chandigarh's Saaniya Sharma finished sixth with a total score of 226.
The Bengaluru duo of Trisha Sunil and Sharmila Nicollet were tied seventh with identical scores of 233 after 54 holes, followed by Mysuru's Sonam Chugh in ninth with a total score of 235.
The tour now moves to Kolkata, for the next two events at the Royal Calcutta Golf Club and Tollygunge Club.
