Amitabh Bachchan starrer "Mard" completed 30 years on Saturday and the megastar is ecstatic.
"And today 30 years of 'MARD'," the 72-year-old tweeted.
A Manmohan Desai directorial, "Mard" was the highest earning film of 1985. It was remade in Tamil with southern superstar Rajnikanth as Maaveeran and further dubbed in Telugu as well.
The film also features actors Amrita Singh, Dara Singh, Nirupa Roy, Prem Chopra.

Actor Salman Khan and Taapsee Pannu took to twitter to cheer for boxer Vijender Singh for his debut in professional boxing at the Manchester Area on Saturday.
The fight which is headlined as "World War III" will have the country's first Olympic and World Championship -medallist, taking on England's Sonny Whiting.
"All d best @boxervijender for ur first pro fight tmrw . wl watch n cheer," Salman tweeted.
While Taapsee tweeted "Good luck champ @boxervijender."

Meet Bros win TIFFA for 'Chittiyaan Kalaiyaan'
Composer duo Manmeet and Harmeet Singh, popularly known as Meet Bros, won the Best Composition Award at The Indian Icon Film Awards (TIFFA) 2015.
