Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha is making frantic appeals on a social networking platform to help him evacuate his house help from the Rasuwa district of earthquake-hit Nepal.
The "Ra.One" director took to micro-blogging site Twitter to call for help and requested the Twitterati to retweet the message to reach more people.
"Can Someone in Kathmandu help me reach out to a rescue team in Rasuwa Area. I need Ram rescued +9779741186914 Badly wounded. Please RT," he shared.
Sinha had shared the details about his help on the micro-blogging site on Sunday.
"Any Rescue workers. Journalists. News Organisations. Please guide/help/advise. Need Help for Ram, my House Help for 15 years. Stuck 5 hours west of Kathmandu w/broken left hand and leg.
"How to help him reach a Hospital? He is available on +9779741186914, Ram Saran Tamang, Distt Raswa, Dada Gaanv Gavisa, Ward No 7, Dhadhar Dharna," the post read.
Nepal was jolted by an earthquake of 7.9-magnitude on Saturday, which has brought life in the Himalayan nation to a halt. The toll in the devastating quake has climbed to 3,351 dead and 6,833 injured.
