Atletico Madrid football club's Argentine coach Diego Simeone said he is satisfied with the first victory in La Liga over Celta Vigo, noting that the 4-0 win was made "in a very difficult field" and against a strong rival.
Atletico thrashed Celta on Saturday to make the first victory after three rounds of La Liga, reports Efe.
In a post-match press conference, Simeone said: "The first half was very matched. We had a first very good 25 minutes, although they matched the game with some clear situations at the end of the first half."
"The second half, from Koke's goal, the team was strong and you could see that they were going to be dangerous in any offensive situation," the coach explained, according to Atletico's official website.
He pointed out that goals give freedom and allow "better" management of the games.
