Spanish football club Atletico Madrid defender Jose Gimenez was on Thursday seen running on the field, signalling his recovery from a right thigh injury.
The Uruguayan defender worked out alone with one of the physiotherapists of the club, reports Efe.
Gimenez is one of the four injured players of Atletico, namely goalkeeper Miguel Angel Moya, Italian Alessio Cerci and Argentine Augusto Fernandez.
Juanfran Torres, Gabi Fernandez, Fernando Torres, Tiago Mendes and Bernabe Barragan took part in Thursday's training session, while the other players of the first team are in the camps of their national teams.
